An indepth questions to get the most information possible to begin scope of project, details and wishes for end result.
2. PLANNING
Research the mateials, Getting the righ scale and fucntion into the space for meeting wish list items.
3. APPROVALS
Client sign off on materials, space planning and specifications.
4. DOCUMENTATION
Construction drawings, 3D space drawings, 3D material rendersings, specification sheets all items specific to project documented.
5. DELIVERY
Binder and digital files sent to clients for builder/contractor bidding.
